Sounds great! But do I have to pay in advance, or when I'm satisfied with the finished product?

i don't start work on the commission until payment is cleared, and it's done first come first serve, although i do make exceptions if its for like a looming birthday or some other event.
i'd like people to be as satisfied with the product as possible, so buyers are encouraged to give me as much description they feel necessary in the emails

Hey silly. Put me down for one. I'll pay you when you are here <3

I was really hoping you'd make it to Glenside, nothing beats cutting the red e-tape, when it comes to descriptive work :( Still doing $25USD and up commissions? If so, I can send you the grease through your email/Paypal, yeah?

If you had posted this in March, I would've been on board a lot sooner, with the realistic hope you'd be able to make it... and before I shelled out the money for the trip myself O_o, sorry.

yup i'm still doing commissions, and still on board for finishing them before end of may. hit up the email with any questions!

Well, I wouldn't wanna rush job... I'll send you some money before this weekend's up. Looks like you'll be my last commissioned artist for a while... I've had too many take the money and run :(

it is a hard deal, people dont want to pay up front, but of course you can't undo hours put into art if they don't pay after its done - or what can be even more testing- them not paying till its absolutely perfect which i understand for some commission pricing is fine, but for these $25 ones i can't afford to do a back-and-forth. minimum wage is like $13 an hour? and these often take me longer than 2 hours, so asking for money up front is how i justify the $25 when it sometimes costs more of my time than what is fair. But its not for everyone, you don't have to feel like you have to throw me a bone! But i'm still totally up for these for people who genuinely want some art- and besides, I check newgrounds daily so i can't hide from you guys :P

Neh, no bone throwing here, I'm genuinely looking for your talents. Minimum wage in the US is around 8$, used to be higher in the late 60's when the buck bought more... regardless, I do understand what working by the hour means. How much to mail the hard copy to the US (if that's an option)?

oh geez. well its all digital so i'm not sure quite what you mean by a hard copy…. my only means of printing locally is a Staples, just like the states so its not really saving you anything by having me do it on my end and mailing it. If the person specifies, i will work at a higher resolution/color format to accommodate printing better. right now i'm doing a commission where the client is asking for the filesize to be 100mb at the start (killing my poor laptop, mine usually come to 10-30mb before i resize smaller for ng). but i welcome specifications like that because otherwise i know very little. i've never printed my own work. my knowledge comes from what ng asks for in their calendar contests.

You always hurt the ones you love lol, I really am gonna print Asterix and frame it... the landscape lighting really didn't bother me, especially since you were fighting hunger at the time.

Merry Christmas dear, thank your bae for the wonderful holiday site skin. Really nice to see so many characters lovingly reproduced!

thanks! merry christmas to you -and yeah he made it awesome despite us both doing our best Oskar Schindler of "we could have done more…..we could have done moooOOooOooo-ore"

Well, could always add some more characters to it for Xmas 2016, maybe get a few more bucks from Uncle Tom ;)
